At PPG, all of our national Quality Management Systems (QMS) are nationally certified and accredited to ISO9001:2008 and to HACCP Codex Alimentarius food safety system:
  • Our full quality management system is vetted by the governing body, JASANZ.
  • All our sites are annually externally audited by third parties as well as multiple key overseas suppliers included in our annual auditing scheme and subsequent certifications.
PPG is also a Sedex A/B member. Sedex, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange, is a not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to driving improvements in responsible and ethical business practices in global supply chains. We are an Australian Packaging Covenant (ACP) signatory with set plans to minimize our footprint on the environment and committed to best practice. Our National Approved Supplier program ensures compliance from all our suppliers, based locally and overseas, follow our strict requirement for QA systems and processes, picking the right supplier for the product in question and end use requirements.

We have a Risk Committee to oversee all aspects of Risk and Governance within the Pro-Pac Group companies. The committee meet and report to the board on a quarterly basis. Our National Recall and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are externally and internally tested annually to ensure the continuity of supply and the assurance for our customers and other stakeholders are met.
